Clean, spacious room with high-quality toiletries. Shower pressure fluctuated, making it less enjoyable.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with generous tea/coffee facilities. Convenient location near beach and town amenities makes it easy to explore.
Some noise from the flushing toilet detracted from the experience, and the mattress felt a bit too hard for my liking. locating the entrance can be slightly confusing with the street name discrepancies.

Perfect place for a cozy getaway
Just came back from a 2-night stay with my partner, and we really loved it! Super clean, comfy bed, and we enjoyed the quirky bar area for unwinding after a long day. Paul and Sally were really awesome and made us feel right at home. Just wish the breakfast was included, but we'll try it next time!

Had a fantastic time at the Kingsmere! The family room was spacious, and the decor was charming with supportive bunk beds for the kids. Breakfast truly impressed me, served hot and cooked to perfection. The hosts made us feel welcome from the get-go. Location caters to beach access and nearby parks within a short walk. A little tricky with parking during peak times. discovering a spot can take some effort. the stay was comforting and exceeded expectations in cleanliness and courtesy.

Plus, being a short walk through the park to the beach made our outings very enjoyable.

Family with children enjoyable experience
Everything about the stay was just memorable, right from being welcomed warmly by the hosts, to the top-notch breakfast that really set the tone for the day, that Eggs Benedict was a game changer. A special touch? The dressing gowns in our room, I mean, who doesn’t love soft robes?
It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for the quality we got.
